Moot court - 2024 edition

Dear Students and Teachers!
The "Hukukçy" Economic Society held a mock practical training competition for students majoring in law during November and December of 2021-2023. The purpose of the competition was to integrate the theoretical knowledge acquired by students at universities with practical experience, further enhance their essential life skills and legal competencies for future professional careers, and contribute to the development of legal awareness, education, and culture in our country.
The competition involved analyzing a disputable situation based on the legislation of Turkmenistan and organizing a mock trial procedure. Approximately over 200 students studying law at universities participated in the stages of the competition held between 2021 and 2023. This is a source of great pride for us, and we hope that the number of law students eager to participate in the next stages of the competition will increase further.
Currently, the "Hukukçy" Economic Society plans to organize the competition as part of other events scheduled for the spring of 2025 to ensure it is conducted in an even more engaging manner. Therefore, we inform you that the 2024 stage of the competition will not be held.
